Unlimited users. Full access. Just $250 a month with a $900 setup fee. Most online software companies design their pricing to rise as your business grows. It’s almost like a tax on your expansion. That’s exactly why we take the opposite approach: our $250 monthly fee gives you full and unlimited access to the tools you need to grow your business. We don’t penalize you for growth because we’d rather be an integral part of it.

How do I get started ?
With most other software, you open the box and wonder what to do next. But with us, you speak to at least three of our experts as you come on board with Backroom Management. That’s because we believe so strongly in human involvement in this process. And we work at this human pace because we’re doing far more than installing software: we’re building the foundation that will drive your future growth. So we want to make sure that foundation is rock solid from the very beginning.

Once you decide to build your foundation with Backroom Management, our customer care representative will be there for you.

What if I need help?
We offer customer support to all our customers—that is, live human beings who will answer your questions from technical assistance to accounting help You can even partner with one of our expert advisers to act as your backroom support staff, relieving you from the tediousness of data entry, payroll, purchasing and business planning.

Can I set up multiple users? Can I give my accountant access to my books?
Backroom Management offers multiple accounts, multiple logins for a single account, and multiple simultaneous users. In addition, you can define the amount of access users have to your data, as well as determine their privileges for making changes. The initial program comes with 3 users. However you can easily added users as you grow — for no extra charge.

Will I need to pay for updates or install new software?
No. Backroom Management updates automatically, free of charge. Your only responsibility is the monthly usage fee.

Can I download onto my own computer?
Absolutely! You can backup your data onto your hard drive. You can also export data to Excel and PDF formats.

Do I have to be connected to the Internet to use?
Since your information is now being stored and backed up on our multiple servers, you will need access to the Internet to use.

Do you have access to my accounts?
No. The data is stored through the use of access keys. If you need additional accounting help, you will need to give us access to your data. Of course, we do have access to the software to make periodic upgrades to the service and determine usage.

What about security?
Our systems have a 128 bit encryption, password protected and a heavily secured server. We also back up your information in three places to ensure you will never have loss of data.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You are never obligated to continue using Backroom Management. To cancel your service, simply contact us in writing via email at build@backroommanagement.com. We’ll export your transaction data and customer contact information in a form you can transfer over to most other software services. Your service will be deactivated within ten days.
