Our pricing is intentionally simple: unlimited users. Full access. Just $250 a month with a $900 setup fee. (And as you’ll see below, the setup fee includes services that are actually worth over $1,600!)
Most online software companies design their pricing to rise as your business grows. They charge you to add users, for instance, even though that costs them absolutely nothing. They charge you extra for “modular” tools, which are usually the ones you really want. And they constantly “improve” their software—and force you to pay for upgrades whether you want to or not.
It’s like they’re fining you for growth, isn’t it?
That’s not how we do it. We charge you a flat fee for full and unlimited access to the tools you need to grow your business. We’re consistently making tweaks and improvements at no cost to you, so there is only one version of the software at any time — which means there are no more incompatibilities between you and your CPA or bookkeeper. No more passing data sticks and hoping for the best, because everything is available online.

The $900 setup fee covers our deliberate and attentive process in building your new foundation for growth. As you can see below, the setup fee would cost $1,615 if you paid for each element a la carte.
- We transfer your QuickBooks® transaction history into our system. That means you’re ready for business the moment you log on. ($540 value)
- We help you build your chart of accounts, or build it for you. Our software adjusts to your business — not the other way around. ($60 value)
- We train three of your employees to become Backroom Certified Experts. These in-house experts will eliminate your need for costly support calls. ($420 value)
- We spend two hours training everyone in your company. We make it easy for your company to adopt this system. ($120 value)
- We provide access to video tutorials. This supplements your training and frees your Backroom Certified Experts from answering basic questions. (Value: priceless!)
- We offer 5 free hours of support for the first month, and 2 hours every subsequent month for the first year. Our goal is to minimize your support costs and maximize your profitability. ($60 an hour value—$300 the first month.)
- We help identify benchmarks so you can measure your ROI. You’ll be able to quantify exactly how much of a difference Backroom Management makes. ($175 value)
Beyond this fee, our pricing won’t change. It’s $250 a month. This makes your costs predictable. No hidden charges, no per-user charges, and — unlike other systems — no fees that punish you when you grow.

No software to install, either. Backroom Management is an online system that’s accessible over any Internet connection. Because you use it through your web browser, no extra software or hardware is required. Which means your IT budget stays the same. Only your profitability changes — for the better.

Switch your system while keeping your historical data! As part of your setup fee, we can import your existing Quickbooks® transaction history data directly into Backroom Management. All your data will be waiting for you the moment you log on.

As part of your setup fee, we also build your chart of accounts. This ensures that our system is as familiar to you as possible, so you can minimize your learning curve and get straight to running your business more efficiently.

Many business owners struggle with bookkeeping. As a result, their books can be a little messy. We can help! Our conversion team can clean up your books. This service is based on hourly pricing not included in your setup fee, but many business owners find that it’s worth it. After all, the better your historical data, the more insight you’ll have into the direction your business needs to move forward. Also, if you really hate doing your books, ask us about our outsourcing service!

We pride ourselves in making human beings available to answer your questions. How many other software companies make experienced businesspeople available to help you use your system to the fullest? A reasonable amount of support is included in your monthly fee, but we also offer further support and guidance at $60 per hour, billed by the quarter-hour.

As part of your setup fee, we train three of your employees to become Backroom Certified Experts. These in-house experts will eliminate your need for costly support calls because everyone in your organization will be able to turn to them for assistance. They’ll also be able to train new employees when you hire them. In the rare event that there’s a question they can’t answer, your Backroom Certified Experts will already have a relationship with our team — and that existing relationship will help you get answers that much quicker (and cheaper!).

We’re always working behind the scenes to improve and perfect the software. What that means for you is that everyone is using the same version of the software at all times. No more worries about incompatibility between you and your CPA, and no more paying a fortune to upgrade software you already own.

We don’t lock you into a long-term contract or hold your data hostage. That’s because we believe that you’ll stay with us on the strength of the value we provide. However, should you decide to move your business to a different platform, we’ll export your transaction data and customer contact info at your request. What’s more, you can always download a full backup of your company’s data at any time.
